Great Sublease for Winter and Summer Semester

Great duplex for immediate sublease. Lease runs until July. Great for someone that needs a short term housing situation. All hardwood floors with a newly re-done kitchen and bathroom. Back porch is great to sit out on in the warmer months. This is a two bedroom duplex but I currently live in one bedroom. I am looking to sublease the second room. Therefore, please understand you will be living with someone. I am asking for a small security deposit and last months rent for my own financial security. The exact amount can be negotiated.
